Alfredo Troche | Course Developer/Graphic Designer
A native Chicagoan, Alfredo studied music at Northwestern University before moving to New York City to pursue a career in design and marketing. His experience ranges from national ad campaigns for The World Science Festival and National Geographic, to branding for Comedy Central and BBC America. Alfredo joined T11A’s Creative Services team in August 2010, specializing in instructional design for Microsoft’s ExpertZone, graphic support and copywriting.
Andrew Lee | Execution Manager
Andrew Lee, located at Microsoft’s Redmond Campus, is the Execution Manager with Microsoft Worldwide Retail Marketing Services Training Team; tasked with executing trainings, and program managing asset creation and development work streams. He specializes in Windows and Office, with a technical training focus. A Microsoft Certified Professional; frequently tasked as the working resource for specialized technical trainings.
Anita Schenk | Executive Assistant
Anita Schenk is the Executive Assistant to Graeme Bradley and Timothy Regan. Before coming to T11A Anita graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing, during which time she interned at an advertising agency. When not at T11A she enjoys boating in Newport Harbor and traveling.
Anthony Gerstner | Microsoft REACH Trainer
Anthony has been with T11A since October 2007. As a member of the Microsoft REACH team he has trained thousands of Retail Sales Professionals on the many products Microsoft has to offer. He has also expanded himself beyond Microsoft, helping to run the Chilled Beverage Training program for Nestlé in 2009.
Ashlee Hocking | CSID Department Assistant
After graduating from Boise State University with a B.A in Communication and a minor in Visual Art, Ashlee joined T11A as the Creative Services Department Assistant. In Fall 2011 she made the transition over to the retail team where she now helps with planning, scheduling, and reporting. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors and exploring Southern California.
Ben Risbeck | Creative Concept Designer
Armed with a BFA from the Columbus College of Art and Design, Ben journeyed to SoCal to merge his inner geek with his passion for art. After spending 5 years in the video game industry as a concept artist, art director and founder of a small developer, Ben found a home at T11A as a Creative Concept Designer working with top brands, developing assets for print and online.
Beth Crosbie | Associate Account Executive
Beth Crosbie is an Associate Account Executive with T11A. She started in 2009 as an intern earning college credit at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Her degree emphasis in Special Events has been a huge help in the success of T11A’s Field & Event Marketing programs. Beth is a travel enthusiast who enjoys spending her free time planning her next big trip.
Bobby Babzani | Regional Manager
Bobby Babzani joined T11A in 2011 as a Regional Manager, A Graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, Bobby has been in Field Marketing and Client Services for the past 7 years. His success stems from his passion for Field Marketing and making an impact to grow the Clients Brand.
Brian Govatos | REACH Trainer
As a REACH Trainer, Brian has toured the country engaging audiences as large as 1,500 for several Microsoft products and services. Video gaming, Windows, Office, and Office for Mac are some of the areas he specializes in. In his free time, Brian performs and teaches improvisational theater on the world famous Las Vegas Strip.
Carolyn Matthews | Regional Field Manager
Carolyn joined T11A in July 2005 and is a Regional Field Manager on the Kraft Team. She has over 20 years of experience in retail marketing, merchandising, training and sales. Carolyn has participated in managing accounts such as BellSouth, Iomega, Olympus, Compaq, Texas Instruments, Calvin Klein and Liz Claiborne. Prior experience includes Retail Buyer for Mervyns department stores.
Cecilia Cuaresma | Account Executive
Cecilia joined the T11A team in 2011 as Project Coordinator for the Corporate and Training Events. A Seattle native, Cecilia graduated from Chapman University with a BFA in Television and Broadcast Journalism. She began her career as a television producer and on-air talent, covering sports for ESPNU and Fox College Sports, as well as producer and host for an international personal growth company.
Cheryl Thomson | Recruiter
Cheryl joined T11A in February, 2004. She is currently recruiting for T11A’s Kraft programs. Cheryl has over 20 years of retail buying, merchandising and field marketing experience. Prior to joining T11A, she worked at Mosaic Sales Solutions where she was a Regional Field Manager and Recruiter. A graduate from the University of Arizona, Cheryl has a BS in Merchandising and Fashion Promotion with a minor in Marketing.
Cheryl Villaruz | Account Executive
Cheryl has been with T11A since 2006 and manages costumes and field marketing events for her clients. Before coming to T11A, she worked in merchandise marketing with clients such as Sprint Nextel, DaimlerChrysler and Mercedes-Benz Financial. Cheryl is based in Irvine, CA where she enjoys going to concerts and watching the Los Angeles Lakers win the NBA Championship.
Christine Orantes | Recruiter
Christine Orantes first joined T11A in February 2004 and is currently recruiting for Kraft merchandising programs. Prior to T11A, Christine was Recruiter with Mosaic. Christine’s previous work experience includes Retail Field Management for varied accounts and field merchandising.
Clarisce Tolston | Recruiter
Clarisce is responsible for scouting, recruitment and placement of talent for brand activation programs, marketing demonstrations and promotional events on a national level. She is passionate about talent recruitment and enjoys helping clients achieve their objectives through innovative executions that bring their ideas to life. New to T11A, Clarisce’s past experience is in field recruiting, auto show casting, strategic recruiting logistics and on site execution. In her spare time she enjoys taking her Boston Terriers, Doodle & Dot to the dog beach!
Corrie Doerr | Recruiter
Corrie Doerr is new to Recruiting with a background in Finance and Customer Service. She loves working with people, so helping individuals with finding jobs has been very enjoyable so far! She graduated from Chapman University with a BS in Health Science Management, so she definitely has a passion for Health. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as staying active with the gym and outdoor activities. Her ultimate goal is to make her job a career and somewhere she can grow and succeed with, and she would like to continue that growth here with T11A.
Curtis Boyer | Recruiting Manager
Curtis went to Sacramento State majoring in communications and playing basketball for the Hornets. Following college he played basketball professionally in various minor leagues. He then went into staffing, opening a small recruiting firm. He moved on to become the Director of Recruiting for a large non-profit. Curtis moved on to run a small recruiting/HR department at a local web company, before taking on his role here at T11A.
D’Mitri Rideout | Recruiter
D’Mitri comes to The Eleven Agency after many years working as a Sr. Recruiter in a very high volume environment at the non-profit THINK Together, handling as many as 100+ openings per month during some hot periods. As a collegiate athlete who still plays competitively, he enjoys traveling, and volunteering with kids and animal organizations. He also serves on the scholarship selection committee for a Los Angeles based non-profit and dedicates his time to family and friends.
Daniel Renfro | Regional Manager, SodaStream
Daniel Renfro graduated with a BA in Communications/Jazz Saxophone performance from William Jewell College, and he has applied his craft in both over the past 6 years. He has worked with T11A on many programs in the past, and enjoys the constant challenges. A certified Apple Expert in music production, he would love to own his own studio someday!

Donna Johnston | Account Coordinator
Donna joined T11A in February 2006. Her duties include assisting in the payroll and HR departments, as well as support for Kraft and multiple other projects. Donna has a diverse background as an Office Manager, Hotel Concierge, Field Rep, and actress. The highlight of her life has been raising her two sons.
Doug Dellaccio | Account Executive – Microsoft
Doug joined T11A in 2007 and currently works as an Account Executive, planning, managing, and reporting on a wide variety of retail training programs. Doug graduated with a BS in Management and a minor in Marketing from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT in May of 2004 and completed his MBA with a concentration in Marketing in August of 2006. Originally from the East Coast, Doug enjoys spending time exploring California.
Faruk Ahmed | Data Analyst
Faruk joined T11A in late 2007 as a Data Analyst, supporting the Microsoft Windows Guru Project. He actively provides all phases of data management and reporting, ensures the integrity of project-based data, including data extraction and analysis. Prior to T11A, Faruk worked for NCEN Financial Corp., where he assisted Compliance Division efforts related to regularity Fair Lending and HMDA data reporting.
Franklyn Miller | REACH Retail Trainer
Franklyn has been conducting trainings on all Microsoft products sold at retail since May 2008. He is able to address groups ranging from 2 to 2000 in a wide variety of formats, from booth exhibition events to classroom style presentations. Franklyn obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in International Business from Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey.
Heather Carlino | Recruiter
Heather Carlino has been a Recruiter at T11A since 2008. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in Communications while working in event marketing and tradeshows. Outside of T11A, Heather volunteers for various animal shelters throughout South Orange County and enjoys reading in her spare time.
J Collins | Creative Concept Designer
With a degree in Visual Communication and Certification in Multi-Media Design, J brings over seven years of design experience to T11A. In May of 2009, J joined T11A and has become an integral member of the creative services department working on a wide range of assets for print, web and trade. Prior to T11A, J worked as a Sr. Creative Designer at various ad agencies throughout LA and OC.
Jamie Reese | Microsoft Trainer- REACH
As a Microsoft trainer, Jamie travels the country executing retail training programs and events for Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, Windows Phone, Zune, and Xbox. Prior to joining the REACH team, Jamie was a Microsoft Windows Guru in south Florida. Jamie holds a BA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Jared Marino | REACH Trainer
Jared joined The Eleven Agency as a REACH Trainer in 2011 after working two years for Microsoft and launching 3 of their first ever retail stores. His vast knowledge of Microsoft products and presentation skills are used for the training of Retail Employees, Trade Show Presentations, and Call Center Trainings.
John Sperling | Senior Manager
Creative Services & Instructional Design
John Sperling joined T11A as a trainer on the Microsoft REACH team, then transitioned into a role focused on copy editing, script writing, proofreading, and training development. In addition to writing over 100 online courses for the Microsoft ExpertZone, John has supplied video scripts for Nestlé, Kraft, T-Fal and Microsoft, always maintaining the unique sensibilities of each client.
Jordan Tonn | Regional Manager
Jordan is the Northeast Regional Manager overseeing visit execution, sales and overall management for his region. Jordan graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Arts and quickly joined The Eleven Agency in 2008 as a Windows Guru. He has participated in many aspects at the Eleven Agency including corporate events, Microsoft Reach trainings and is currently working on the retail side with Dolce Gusto and Soda Stream. Jordan brings over 7 years of retail and sales experience to the team.
Katie Featherstone | Regional Field Manager
Katie joined T11A in 2006 and is currently a Regional Field Manager on the Kraft account. Katie has 18 years experience in management and sales. Her vast knowledge of the industry comes from working in various roles as a Field Representative, Regional Manager and Account Manager on accounts like Reebok, PepsiCo and General Mills. Katie’s expertise is in operations and team building.
Kelly Skistimas | Regional Manager
Kelly joined T11A in 2011 as the South Central Regional Manager overseeing visit execution, sales and management for her region out of Dallas, TX. She’s a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management. Her background includes Marketing and Promotions, Event Management, Finance and Publicity. Kelly ‘takes it to eleven’ everyday by making sure she and her staff are doing whatever it takes to get the job done and keep clients happy. She is a fervent music lover of all genres and eras, and a few of her favorite artists are Sam Cooke, Frank Sinatra, The Beach Boys, Fleetwood Mac, Maroon 5, Matchbox 20 and Five Times August.
Kenneth Henry | Information Technology Specialist
After contributing in the field of IT at corporations such as Nissan Motors, Toyota, and Disneyland Resorts CA, Kenny joined T11A in February 2009. Responsible for most things technical, Kenny can usually be found either at his desk or in the server room configuring, supporting, or maintaining the technical appliances of T11A.
Liz Smith | Regional Manager
Liz joined the T11A team in 2011 as a Regional Manager and oversees retail programs out of Chicago. A graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Liz has a strong background in experiential marketing, event management and hospitality where she’s embraced the spirit of taking every detail “to eleven”. Liz is a fervent fan of all Wisconsin sports, but loves her new home in the
Windy City.
Lori Witte | Regional Field Manager, Kraft, T11A
Lori joined T11A in July, 2007. She is a Regional Field Manager on the Kraft Program, managing approximately 80 reps. She has worked in retail over 25 years and previously worked for Mosaic-Irving Texas for approximately 15 years. She was a District Manager for numerous programs as well as served as a Field Specialist Coach and a Recruiter.
Mallory Sanders | Account Executive
Mallory has been at T11A since 2004 as an intern, working during the summers while completing her high school and college degrees. After graduating in 2009 from the University of San Diego, Mallory joined the T11A retail team full time. On the retail team, Mallory assists in program planning and execution, scheduling and reporting.
Marco Antonio Madrazo | Microsoft REACH Trainer
Marco is based out of Orlando, FL, and has been with T11A since October 2007. As a REACH Trainer, he has participated in a variety of events and programs nationwide. This includes: Formal Trainings at Retail, Trade Show Presentations, Call Center Trainings, Client IT Support, and Recruiting for clients such as Microsoft, HTC, T-Mobile, Nestlé and Kraft.
Mark Borgesen | Microsoft REACH Trainer
Mark joined the REACH team as a Regional Trainer after working on the Microsoft Guru program in 2007 in Phoenix, AZ. As a Microsoft REACH trainer he is responsible for retail and special event training for Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, Windows Phone, Zune, and Xbox. Mark holds a B.S. in Business from Arizona State University.
Melanie Hertrick | Accounting Clerk
Melanie Hertrick joined T11A as the Accounting Clerk in 2010. While working for T11A Melanie is pursuing her degree as an Accountant. On the accounting team, Melanie processes all of the company’s invoices and expense reports.
Michael Lee | Microsoft REACH Trainer & AV Manager
Michael joined T11A in 2007 and currently fulfills the roles of a Microsoft REACH trainer and AV Manager for client events. As a REACH member he conducts product trainings on Microsoft products as well as participates in public and non-public events representing the Microsoft Corporation. As AV Manager, his responsibilities include but are not limited to equipment selection/purchasing, training of AV staff, and AV lead at events.
Michael Truex | Course Development Supervisor
Michael Truex joined T11A in 2008, having graduated from the University of California, San Diego. Michael has provided training and support for retail sales associates, customers, and OEM partners in addition to written content for assorted training materials. Michael currently creates, updates, and maintains e-learning courses in his role as an administrative developer for ExpertZone, a retail-focused e-learning portal focusing on Microsoft products and services.
Mike Banks | Marketing Strategist
Mike joined T11A in 2008. He is involved in the agency’s business development and operations, designing and implementing strategies for both T11A’s marketing efforts and client programs. Mike’s experience in the field marketing and creative services industries encompasses work for clients across numerous business sectors including entertainment, technology, consumer packaged goods, telecom, consumer electronics, retail, toys, home improvement, pet supplies and foodservice.

Natalie Murray-Lyon | Regional Field Manager
With over 7 years in field marketing, Natalie has expertise in consumer events, demos and training as well as multi-leveled merchandising experience ranging from field representative, brand advocate to program management. Natalie graduated in Social Science but also studied Public Relations in University and is fluent in French (second language). Natalie is a Montreal Habs Hockey fan and enjoys spending her free time with friends, family and her dogs, Jenny and Babz.
Paul Britton | Microsoft REACH Lead Retail Evangelist
Paul Britton joined the Microsoft REACH team in the fall of 2004, and is currently the lead Retail Evangelist on the team for Windows, Windows Phone, Windows Live, Office, and Hardware. He is extremely capable at speaking in front of audiences large or small, in a variety of settings; and in his career with Microsoft REACH has trained nearly 150,000 Retail Sales Professionals.
Rachel Mulkerin | Recruiter
Rachel Mulkerin joined T11A in 2011 after relocating from Berkeley, CA where she was a Promotional Marketing Specialist. Rachel left her home state of Connecticut and moved to the West Coast in 2010 with her majestic golden retriever, and enjoys living, learning, and traveling throughout southern California. Rachel will be returning to school this summer to achieve her MBA from FIT.
Ryan Knight | Junior Accountant
Ryan has been with T11A since February 2008. Working in accounting and operational management for 6 years, he has done full-cycle accounting, purchasing, project management, and operational management in both the manufacturing and service sectors. Ryan is currently attending California State University Fullerton and is eligible to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, in the summer of 2011.
Shane Snipes | Facilitation Specialist
Shane Snipes is a technical facilitator for T11A and freelance sustainability consultant. In his role at T11A, Shane has led more than 220 technical trainings since 2006. He has facilitated trainings for Microsoft Office 2010, Windows 7, Office 2008 for Mac, Nestlé’s 2009 beverage distribution reorganization and many others.
Shelley Kloiber | Account Executive
Shelley joined T11A in April of 2004. She currently co-manages marketing and merchandising programs for Kraft and other Food Service clients. Shelley has over 11 years of active field marketing experience. Previously, she worked for Mosaic Group where she managed various merchandising programs including Reebok. Shelley has a BS in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing.
Wendi Hauck | Regional Manager
Wendi is the Southeast Regional Manager overseeing visit execution, sales and overall management for her region. As a graduate from Georgia State University, her background includes PR, Event Planning and later working as a Client Manager for Mosaic. Wendi continues to ‘Take it to Eleven’ everyday by enhancing her own job performance as well as that of her region.
William Harp | Recruiter
William Harp Joined T11A in the Fall of 2011. William brings with him the experience from his family business, and business ventures with his personal advertising agency. As well as working on the promotional, and Brand Ambassador side of things for 6 years, William aslo has experience with other aspects of the job. Originally from the Midwest, William moved to the Coast to pursue better business opportunities. In addition to being passionate about health, fitness and hiking, William is always searching for investments opportunities and ways to prosper.
